In spirited celebration of Bernardo de Gálvez’s bold, independent nature, we are pleased to offer the finest creation of our journey thus far—Galvez Founder’s Limited Edition Premium Extra-Aged Rum. This unique, mahogany-brown spirit is an exquisite blend of three selected rums, each aged in different barrels to achieve a creation far greater than the sum of its parts.

The first rum was aged for 12 years in American bourbon barrels and later finished for an additional 6 years in deeply toasted Oloroso Sherry barrels from Spain.

The second rum was aged for 18 years in single bourbon barrels, adding an oaky finish and an underlying touch of raisins and dates.

The third rum is an incredible special reserve of 30-year-old rum that was first aged in bourbon barrels for 20 years, then finished for another decade in French Oak Armagnac barrels from the Cognac region in France.
