Galvez Daiquiri
Made with Galvez Silver Rum

This citrus-based, turn-of-the-century favorite has several interesting variations. Here’s our take:
Ingredients
- 2 oz. Galvez Silver Rum
- .75 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
- .5 oz. Fresh Grapefruit Juice
- .25 oz. Maraschino Liqueur
Method
To a shaker tin, add Galvez Silver, fresh lime and grapefruit juices, maraschino liqueur, and ice, then shake. Double-strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with a floating lime wheel. For an added aromatic, twist a grapefruit peel over drink, then discard.
Galvez Jazzmin Venture

Ingredients
- 32 oz Jasmine green tea (chilled, double-strength)
- 1/2 bottle of rum half gallon of Jazzmine punch
- 16 oz fresh lemon juice
- 14 oz simple syrup

Ingredients
- 2 oz Galvez Victory Blend Aged Rum
- .25 oz Rich Demerara Syrup
- 4 dash Angostura Bitters
- Orange Peel
- Garnish: Orange Half Wheel, Marasca Cherry
- Glassware: Rocks Glass
Method
To a rocks glass, add orange peel, bitters and demerara syrup, then muddle to express orange oils. Add Galvez Victory Blend Aged Rum, ice, then stir to combine. Garnish with an orange marasca cherry flag.
