Our goal at Galvez has always been to create a damn good rum — and with our Silver Rum and Governor’s Blend, we’ve succeeded twice over. To get there, our master distillers and blenders skillfully combine Cuban methods and Caribbean and Louisiana influences, age our rums in American Oak bourbon barrels, and finish in European brandy and sherry casks. The result is a completely unique convergence of flavors for those who seek the unconventional.
